Both products are all natural, biodynamic, fair trade, yadda yadda and most importantly, the combo makes me look healthy and sun-kissed with a natural kind of glow, vs. a cakey orangey one that can arrive from certain powder bronzers. Best part is, it’s a two step routine with your sunscreen; squirt day cream into palm with sunscreen (my favorite is Coola SPF 30 for face) apply and follow with a teeny bit of the bronze concentrate over your cheeks, bridge of your nose, center of forehead and your chin (where the sun would hit your face if you had time to waste at the beach).
The Coola is the only sunscreen routine in a while I've managed to stick to because it's not at all greasy, is completely paraben-free and as a bonus is packed with vitamins and anti-oxidants which actually prevent further damage. My toes have been exclusive to the new color "OPI on Collins Ave" a.k.a. the perfect orangey-red juicey pop of bright, but not obnoxious, color I've been craving.
In my hair, I'm mostly just washing every other day (or every other, other day), conditioning my ends and spritzing on this new find, John Masters "Sea Mist" with lavender oil. Tell me what you think of these products or let me know what some of your favorites are. Happy Summer!
